ExNomi is a digital exhibition platform by MediFun Inc. This policy explains how we handle your data when you visit booth pages via QR or NFC.

What We Collect

You provide: Name, company, phone, email, memo (only with consent checkbox)

Automatic: Anonymous session ID, visit time, access source (QR/NFC), country (IP discarded), device type, browser language

What We Don't Collect

IP addresses, GPS location, cross-site tracking, third-party cookies

How We Use It

  • - Contact info shared only with the booth you visited
  • - Anonymized statistics for event reports

Account Holders (Exhibitors & Operators)

For exhibitor/operator staff who receive a console account, we process the email and name provided by the participating organization to provision access — on the basis of the participation agreement (not consent). Accounts and their data are deleted within 30 days after the event ends.

Data Retention: 30 days

All personal data is automatically deleted 30 days after the exhibition ends.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Only essential cookies are used.

Server & Your Rights

Data stored in Seoul, South Korea (Google Cloud). Request access, correction, or deletion at hello@medifun.co.kr (within 3 business days).

EU/EEA residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority (e.g., BfDI in Germany).

ExNomi는 (주)메디펀이 운영하는 전시회 디지털 운영 플랫폼입니다. QR 코드 또는 NFC를 통해 부스 페이지에 접근할 때 수집하는 개인정보에 대해 안내합니다.

수집하는 정보

직접 입력: 이름, 소속, 연락처, 이메일, 메모 (동의 체크 시에만 제출)

자동 수집: 익명 세션 ID, 방문 시간, 접속 경로(QR/NFC), 국가(IP 즉시 폐기), 기기 유형, 브라우저 언어

수집하지 않는 정보

IP 주소, 위치 정보(GPS), 크로스사이트 추적, 제3자 쿠키

이용 목적

  • - 연락처는 방문한 부스 담당자에게만 전달
  • - 익명화된 집계 통계로 행사 보고서 생성

계정 정보 (참가사·운영사)

콘솔 계정을 발급받는 참가사·운영사 담당자의 경우, 계정 접근 제공을 위해 참가 기관이 제공한 이메일·이름을 처리합니다. 근거는 참가 계약의 이행이며(별도 동의가 아닌 계약·정당한 이익), 계정과 그 정보는 행사 종료 후 30일 이내 파기됩니다.

보관 기간: 30일

행사 종료 후 30일 경과 시 모든 개인정보가 자동으로 전량 삭제됩니다.

제3자 제공 없음

개인정보를 외부에 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 필수 쿠키만 사용합니다.

서버 위치 및 정보주체 권리

대한민국 서울(Google Cloud)에 저장. 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 hello@medifun.co.kr로 (영업일 3일 이내 처리).
